and this website is meant to answer questions that you may have
about psychiatry. When Dr. Tang decided to become a psychiatrist in

County, he envisioned it to be a career commitment where he
would provide patients with the highest quality
of psychiatric care

an affordable fee. His goal is to create long lasting relationships. He
makes the extra effort to assure that patients receive the best
psychiatric care.
He keeps up-to-date with the most recent psychiatric research in
order to provide safe and effective treatment for his patients.
Psychiatric Private Practice
Dr. Tang believes in providing you with the best
care and that is why he is board certified in psychiatry.
Although he treats all adult psychiatric conditions, his
main focus and passion are in treating depression, bipolar, and anxiety.
He has a flexible schedule and patients
can often come in for the initial psychiatric evaluation within days of
their call. For patients' convenience, there are late
evening hours available also.

Training in Psychiatry
His four years of formal psychiatric training in adult
psychiatry was at University of California, Irvine Residency Program in
Psychiatry. In terms of his experience working in psychiatry, he has
taken care of psychiatric patients in a variety of psychiatric
settings. He has taken care of patients in: 1) psychiatric inpatient
hospitals, 2) long term psychiatric care facilities, 3) outpatient
county facilities, 4) psychiatric urgent care facility, and 5)
outpatient setting. He is a member of
the Orange County Psychiatric Society, American Psychiatric
Association, and American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology.
